CANCELLATION POLICY
Please contact us via email, customerservice@mountshastageneralstore.com or call our toll
free number, 1-866-378-7677 to inform us that you wish to cancel your order. If the
order has not been shipped we will be happy to cancel your order. However if the order
has already been shipped you will be responsible for the shipping charges to you and your
return shipping fees and any restocking fee.

If you received the wrong item or an item you didn't order we will correct any error that
we have made.
If you received an order with a missing, damaged or defective item we will replace it free of
charge if notified within 10 DAYS.
