| Double-wall standard We call our secret "Therma-Truss." In the adjacent illustration you will see a cross-section of our greenhouse wall. As you can see, the two layers of high impact acrylic form a "dead air" space. Next to a complete vacuum "dead air" is one of the best insulators on the planet. This design makes our walls solid and strong while diffusing the sunlight, a design found only in a Sunglo greenhouse. Our Acrylic Plexiglas walls allow for greater transparency. The acrylic plexiglass walls are also made with a special UV inhibitor, which will resist yellowing and discoloration and deterioration from age and abuse from direct sunlight.
